AquaSweep began with a simple idea: do the job right or not at all. After seeing too many rushed, corner cutting cleans across Glasgow, Carl and his wife Caroline decided to do it properly themselves.
We are a family run carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning business based in Dalmarnock, Glasgow.
It started in 2019 as a side project, learning the trade by shadowing others. Word of mouth did the rest, and by 2022 AquaSweep was up and running properly. From day one we refused to compromise on quality or honesty.
Our customers do not just want a cleaner home. They want peace of mind. That is what we are here for.
Not a franchise, just a family business that cares about doing the job properly. Whether it is a quick refresh for a carpet or a full strip, seal and polish on an old floor, every job gets the same care.
Since then we have grown to cover carpet cleaning, upholstery and leather, hard floors, grout cleaning, carpet repairs and stain protection, always with professional equipment and cleaning solutions that are gentle on homes with children and pets.
Out on jobs across Glasgow and the surrounding towns.
Founder and Lead Technician
A perfectionist at heart, Carl cleans every inch of your home as if it were his own. He is fascinated by the chemistry of cleaning and can spend far too long talking about vacuum cleaners.
With years of experience and professional training behind him, he is your go to for everything carpet cleaning.
He takes tea and coffee with milk, no sugar.
Operations and Client Care
Caroline co-runs the business and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from bookings to follow ups. She remembers everything about our customers, down to the smallest detail. Especially if you left biscuits out for us.
Most of the time she looks after our commercial contracts, and she joins Carl on the bigger jobs.
Clear prices, straight answers and doing what we say we will. No surprises and no pressure selling.
We are flexible and listen to what you need, because no two homes or workplaces are the same.
We keep training and keep up with how fibres and fabrics behave, so tough jobs get solved with skill, not guesswork.
Pet and child safe cleaning solutions, most of them non toxic and many 99% natural. No harsh chemicals unless a job really needs them, which protects your home and the environment.
Every job is done carefully with professional equipment, and we take the time it needs.
Deep cleaning lifts the dust, dirt and pet hair that settle deep in carpets and sofas.
We put our name and face on every job, so we take care of the smallest detail. Every job is treated on its own terms.
See all our home and commercial services, or read our blog for tips on looking after your carpets and floors.
We want to keep growing steadily without losing what makes us who we are. That means covering more of Glasgow and the central belt, adding new services, investing in better, lower impact cleaning equipment, and keeping our hands on approach so every customer gets the same high standard, whatever the size of the job.
