We are a local, family run business and we take real pride in the work. Carl leads the cleaning, with professional equipment and pet and child safe cleaning solutions. We are trained in carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning, and we are flexible around your time and your needs.

We are based in Dalmarnock, Glasgow, and cover Glasgow and the surrounding towns, including Paisley, East Kilbride, Motherwell, Wishaw, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Hamilton, Blantyre, Cumbernauld, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Bearsden, Newton Mearns, Clydebank, Renfrew, Bishopbriggs, Anniesland, Barrhead and Bothwell.

We are open for calls and messages 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm. Cleaning is mostly done on weekdays during the day, but we are flexible, so just ask.

Yes. AquaSweep is fully insured, to protect your property and our team.

Once a year suits most homes, but it depends on your circumstances. Hallways, stairs and other busy areas, and homes with pets, young children or smokers, do better every 6 to 12 months. The same goes for busy areas at work. Carpets cleaned regularly last longer and look closer to the day they were fitted.

You can, and we even hire out machines if you want to. But shop bought cleaning solutions and supermarket hire machines are often not very effective, can work out costly and can even damage carpets. A professional clean uses stronger equipment and the right cleaning solutions for your carpet.

We wish we could say yes. We remove most stains, and we will try everything we know on the stubborn ones, but some are permanent and will not come out completely. You can see our results on the before and after sliders across the site.

Usually a few hours. It depends on the carpet, the method and how warm and well aired the room is. If you need carpets dry quickly, for example at a business, ask us about our low moisture method. You can walk on carpet while it dries, just keep it to a minimum.

Not when it is done properly. We check what your carpet is made of first and use a method that suits it. Damage usually comes from untrained cleaners using the wrong cleaning solutions, like treating a wool carpet as if it were synthetic.

Yes. Pet owners are some of our most regular customers. Our process removes hair, smells, muddy paw prints and, ahem, accidents. A UV light shows us urine spots you cannot see, so every one gets treated.

Some natural fibre carpets and oriental rugs cannot be cleaned with the usual methods. We will advise you on the best way to clean a precious rug or expensive carpet.

Every 12 to 18 months for most homes, more often with pets or heavy use.

Yes. We lift the dirt and body oils that build up on leather, then condition it so it stays soft and is less likely to dry out and crack.

Most can. We check the fabric and test a small hidden area first. If a fabric is not safe to clean, we will tell you before we start.

The price depends on the size and type of damage, so send us a photo of it and we will give you a price.

Offcuts from when the carpet was fitted give the best match. If you do not have any, we can often take a small piece from inside a cupboard or under fixed furniture. We will talk you through the options.

Many repairs are very hard to spot, but we cannot promise invisible. It depends on the carpet and how well the patch matches. We will be honest about what to expect before we start.

You may be able to. When you pay online, our payment provider may offer you interest free instalments, depending on your eligibility. The provider makes that decision, not us.

Cash, bank transfer or card on the day, or by invoice. Just agree the payment option with us in advance.

Please move small furniture, ornaments and anything fragile or valuable out of the room. Items like antiques, artwork and things of sentimental value are not covered by insurance. We are happy to help with light furniture.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment. With less notice, a £30 cancellation fee may apply, or we will agree a new date.
