OUR 7 STEP CLEANING PROCESS
1 & 2. INSPECT & VACUUM
Firstly, we check what your sofa is made of, the level of soiling, and we trhouatgly vacuum it removing dry soil, crumbs and pet hair.
3. STAIN REMOVAL
We focus on specific stains first to ensure the full depth of a stain is removed. We apply our knowledge and training to remove even the most stubborn stains.
4. APPLY PRE-TREATMENT
We use advanced, safe, and eco-friendly solutions that are fit for a job without damaging your sofa fabric.
5. AGITATE
Either with our brushe on the drill or hand mitt we work the solution into the fibers for deep penetrating cleaning action.
6. RINSE AND EXTRACT
We rinse your sofa with a hot solution to neutralise the cleaning agent.
At this stage, we also deodorise and sanitise the fabric as well as extract all the grime away.
7. DRY AND COMB
In the end, we comb the pile back to its original state if neccesery and use air movers or natural ventilation to dry your the sofa quicker.
